Realization of technological processes of high-purity materials obtaining such as high-temperature processing of materials and parts in vacuum, nanopowder synthesis, distillation and coating of materials.

- Reactor tilting and revolving system;
- Oil-free (dry) pumping system (forevacuum and turbomolecular pumps);
