Leak test installation

UPG 01

Purpose:

Installation is designed to check the tightness of the products by helium leak detector, products pressure test by mixture of two gases, leaks test in the vacuum chamber.

Special characteristics

Scheme

•  Sensitivity of the leak detector for helium (not less than) – 1×10 ^-9 Pa* m³/s;
• Warm-up period of leak detector – 5 min;
• Highest vacuum in the product before filling (at least) – 2 Pa;
• The pressure of the mixture gas in the product – 0.11 MPa;
• Maximum power consumption — 0.5 kW;
• Overall dimensions – 1200х700х1500 mm;
• Weight – 230 kg.
