Research Institute for Precision Machine Manufacturing (NIITM JSC) develops equipment involved in the semiconductor devices and integrated circuits manufacturing process at various stages, covering plants and cluster systems for plasma-chemical etching, chemical vapor deposition, epitaxial growth, ion implantation, physical vapor deposition, thermal annealing as well as other technological processes.
Since 1962, NIITM has not only supplied technological equipment, but has also participated in its commissioning, process recipe optimization, and integration into the production chains of microelectronics enterprises. In addition, the company offers customers turnkey manufacturing services for component parts.
The Institute develops new technological solutions and methods with a focus on the requirements of modern domestic manufacturing needs, reducing foreign dependency.
