This Personal Data Processing Policy has been drafted in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27 July 2006 and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken to ensure the security of personal data by NIITM JSC hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”.

1. The Operator considers the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms in the processing of personal data, including the protection of rights to privacy, personal and family secrecy, to be its most important objective and a condition for carrying out its activities.

2. This Policy of the Operator regarding the processing of personal data hereinafter referred to as the “Policy” applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://en.niitm.ru/.

Key terms used in the Policy

1. Automated processing of personal data means the processing of personal data using computer technology.

2. Blocking of personal data means the temporary suspension of the processing of personal data, except in cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data.

Operator means a government authority, municipal authority, legal entity, or individual who, independently or jointly with other persons, organizes and/or carries out the processing of personal data, and also determines the purposes of personal data processing, the scope of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data.

8. Personal data means any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable User of the website https://niitm.ru/, https://en.niitm.ru/.

9. User means any visitor to the website https://niitm.ru/, https://en.niitm.ru/.

10. Provision of personal data means actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons.

11. Distribution of personal data means any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite group of persons (transfer of personal data) or at making personal data available to an unlimited number of persons, including the publication of personal data.

Destruction of personal data means any actions as a result of which personal data are irreversibly destroyed, with no possibility of further restoring the content of personal data in the personal data information system, and/or as a result of which tangible media containing personal data are destroyed.

3. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User

1. Last name, first name, patronymic.

2. Email address.

3. Telephone numbers

4. The website also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors, including cookies, using internet statistics services such as Yandex.Metrica.

5. The above-mentioned data are hereinafter collectively referred to in the Policy as Personal Data.

4. Usage of the Yandex.Metrica web service

1. The website http://niitm.ru uses the Yandex.Metrica web analytics service provided by YANDEX LLC, 16 L. Tolstoy St., Moscow, 119021, Russia, hereinafter referred to as Yandex.

6. Legal grounds for the processing of personal data

7. Procedure for the collection, storage, transfer, and other types of processing of personal data

The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection.

1. The Operator ensures the safekeeping of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing personal data.

2. The User’s personal data shall never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to compliance with applicable legislation.

3. If any inaccuracies in personal data are discovered, the User may update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator's email address marketing@niitm.ru with the subject line "Personal data update."

4. The processing period for personal data is unlimited. The User may revoke their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time by sending a notification to the Operator's email address marketing@niitm.ru with the subject line "Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data."

8. Cross-border Transfer of personal data

1. Before commencing the cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator is obliged to ensure that the foreign state to which the personal data is to be transferred ensures reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.

2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may only be carried out with the personal data subject's written consent to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or the execution of an agreement to which the personal data subject is a party.

9. Final Provisions

1. The User may obtain any clarification on any questions regarding the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator by email at marketing@niitm.ru.

2. This document will reflect any changes to the Operator's personal data processing policy. This Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
