Research Institute for Precision Machine Manufacturing (JSC NIITM) is the oldest Russian school of production and development of service stations, which combines not only large production facilities, but also a center for the transfer of knowledge between generations of scientists and specialists.

Thanks to our extensive experience and rapid adaptation to the modern market, we offer our Customers high–quality services for the development, production and testing of modern vacuum-plasma and physico-thermal equipment for the microelectronic industry.

Today, NIITM is the only enterprise in Russia that develops cluster complexes and manufactures installations for processing 300mm plates.

The key vector of work is a series of equipment for processing 200 mm plates, compatible with diameters of 100 and 150 mm. The product line complies with SEMI standards.
